The artwork is a portrait with wings that Shiloh made for John for his birthday in 2012. It was a show of undying love and support in the face of the very harmful. Yes, John was out to dinner in NYC with Katy Perry that night. It's not what it seems. Katy is a mighty protector and dearest friend, without end.
This is a statement of love.
Shiloh began writing to John Mayer in one of the most difficult moments of his life, in April 2010 as the press was getting it completely wrong. Very few knew the threat of lies behind the scenes. But Katy Perry was standing guard from 2009, going into the press with John to fend off the unwanted personal invasion of his life and the use of his career and name (and trademark) by a teenage, aggressive Taylor Swift. It was a hugely marketable lie for the taking. She gave herself the role of "girlfriend" and created a false reality around it, lifting his work and words to try to form that "relationship" to make it real. The opportunity to harm was there and she took it, if that's what daring is. Triggered to finally act on that abuse and plagiarize the words in the process into Speak Now (a reaction to John patiently saying "No") when she saw Shiloh's writing to John online, John paid the price of being silent and kind: "No good deed goes unpunished."
Taylor's generating of public hate and lies these past fourteen autumns is nothing compared to the love that John has genuinely garnered, his brilliance, beauty, even playfulness and humor always shining through. What we know of his Solo Tour from Spring 2023 is that very real beauty from the beginning of John's career comes breaking through as the very palpable real, filling the arenas with a love and shared experience that is magnificent to witness.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself.
